This 8 hour course introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. This class will be offered in English and in Spanish.  Registration is required, please see the attached flyer for more information.

Track Tryouts.   Students must have their  athletic clearance form signed by your parents and a doctor to try out.

 

Dates                             Times                        Where

February 20                  2:30 – 4:00                 Track

February 21                  1:45 – 4:00                 Track

February 22                  2:30 – 4:00                 Track

 

Please bring your athletic clearance form signed by your parents and a doctor if you did not already turn it in.   Dress in your PE clothes and bring a snack and something to drink. Please be on time and work hard!  Good luck to all students.  Please contact our athletic director Chris Depew if you have any questions about the sports program or tryout process.
